Refund policy

Option A: Done-For-You (DFY) Guarantee If the Client elects the DFY management service under Section 4, the following guarantee conditions apply.

The guarantee period shall be twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.

• The Client must maintain continuous and uninterrupted advertising expenditures of no less than $5 per day on social media platforms approved by the Company for the duration of the guarantee period.

 
• The Client must utilize the Company’s assigned DFY team for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive months. If the Client discontinues the DFY service before completing seven consecutive months, this guarantee shall be null and void.

 
• The Client must remain actively engaged with the Company’s management team for the full duration of the guarantee period. If the Client terminates the Partnership, ceases communication, or otherwise disengages from the Company’s services at any point during the guarantee period, this guarantee shall be null and void.

 
• If the Client does not agree to or discontinues the required advertising expenditure at any point during the guarantee period, this guarantee shall be null and void.

Option B: Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Guarantee If the Client operates under the DIY licensing arrangement without the DFY service, the following guarantee conditions apply.

The guarantee period shall be eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date.

• The Client must maintain continuous and uninterrupted advertising expenditures of no less than $10 per day on social media platforms approved by the Company for a period of no fewer than six (6) consecutive months.

• The Client’s AI Model must maintain an active presence on a minimum of two (2) social media platforms as designated by the Company.

• The Client shall ensure that the AI Model posts a minimum of three (3) posts per day on each designated social media platform.

• If the designated platforms support stories, the Client shall ensure a minimum of three (3) stories per day on each applicable platform.

• The Client must utilize the Company’s proprietary software for the creation and management of AI Models. Failure to use the Company’s proprietary software shall render this guarantee null and void.

• If the Client does not agree to or discontinues the required advertising expenditure at any point during the guarantee period, this guarantee shall be null and void. General Guarantee Provisions (Applicable to Both Options)

• In the event that the AI Model’s account is suspended or terminated by any social media platform, regardless of cause, this guarantee shall be immediately null and void.

 • In the event that a platform enacts an industry-wide policy change that prohibits or materially restricts all AI-generated content, the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to migrate the Model to an alternative platform within sixty (60) days. If no viable alternative platform is available, the Company shall reimburse the Client a pro-rata portion of the initial Fee based on the remaining months of the then-current term, minus any net profits earned to date.

• This guarantee applies solely to the initial Fee and does not extend to any other expenses incurred by the Client, including but not limited to advertising costs, DFY monthly fees, or operational expenses.

• The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes in market conditions, platform policies, or other factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

• To initiate a claim under this guarantee, the Client must provide written notice to the Company within thirty (30) days of the expiration of the applicable guarantee period, along with all supporting documentation required by the Company to verify compliance with the conditions outlined herein.
